Please notify us of your return by sending an e-mail first. Mention the reason of your return and  your order number.  

The products have to be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any damages on the products will affect the value of the product. Studio Chuuni holds the right to determine the depreciation of the products when any damages are present.

After we've received the returned products, the remaining value will be refunded within 14 days.
